Above is a shot from a photo shoot of my Wife and Daughter in Spring Grove Park. My daughter was being very uncooperative, but hey that's why I love her.

Okay so I had her pose for this shot. I like taking her picture on this wall next to a window in our living room. Its a nice blank and neutral color wall that provides a great back drop for portraits

This shot was taken under natural light. I applied the following post processing techniques. First, I added a few points of saturation to bring out her red lips and skin color. Secondly, I adjusted the exposure of the image, the original looked a little dark. Then, I cropped the image so her eyes were on the top thirds line. Finally, I reset the white balance off from the reflection of the light in her eye.

This is a picture of one of my good friends son. He is so cute in his play area. I think his eyes tell the whole story.

I started playing around with Digital Photo Professional from Canon. So here is the same picture after some post processing.

Well my buddy let me borrow a Canon 17-35mm f2.8 L lens. So this week I will be sharing some pictures from the lens. And what better picture to start with than one of my daughter.

My wife had put her hair in roolers, as my daughter calls them,the night before for church. I just love her hair! Don't you?
